Strong Structure Fixed Pipe Support, Insulated Pipe Support Systems

Fixed pipe support system is mainly used for the support of Insulated pipes and equipment. The insulated pipe support system can bear all kinds of loads brought by the piping system, and it is also a part of the cold insulation of the pipeline.

Compositions

A complete insulated pipe support system is composed of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The cold insulation material is the most important part of the insulated pipe support system, which is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR).

In addition to the main cold insulation materials, the insulated pipe support system can also be equipped with the following auxiliary materials according to the requirements: damp proof layer, metal protective layer, rubber plate, metal pipe clamp, bolt and nut, butterfly spring, cold insulation washer, polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair, steam insulation resistance, etc., in order to meet the design needs and ensure the safe and reliable use of the pipe support system.

Application

It is mainly used for bearing and heat insulation of pipes and equipment in petrochemical plant, liquefied gas plant, refrigeration warehouse and central air conditioning system.

Packing and Storage

All parts will be fitted together in workshop. Finished product shall be wrapped by anti-ultraviolet polythene film, then packed in wooden case.
